Partners |The Frankfurt Center for Advanced Microscopy (FCAM)
The CMP Light Microscopy Center and the group of Ernst Stelzer merged to the new Frankfurt Center for Advanced Microscopy (FCAM) to establish one facility with one management and administration for the benefit of the scientists at the Goethe University.
It is the aim of FCAM in a more and more interdisciplinary scientific community to enhance the quality of research projects in life sciences and related disciplines, to increase the efficiency of the time scientists have to spend to become familiar with advanced microscope techniques and to help them to find the best method to solve their scientific questions. FCAM ensures the provision up-to-date advanced techniques, a professional management of the research environment and the best support for our clients, the scientists of the Goethe University.

In case you need support, please refer to the user manual to get the required information. If you have still problems to succeed please refer to our web administrator Oliver Philipp, who will be pleased to serve you.
A further innovation is the data base of the lab facilities and equipment of the regular CMP members (team leaders), providing the function to search for the availability of lab equipment required for your current projects.
In near future we will list the publications in the field of research on membrane proteins. To log in to the internal area of the web page it is necessary to register new and to request a new password. This is unavoidable caused by extended safety reasons and required for all members. Enjoy exploring the new CMP webpage. We would be pleased about an active use.
